At Kovomad, we are committed to providing high-quality garden, outdoor, and mobility products. We stand behind what we sell and offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
Kovomad warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product; or
- Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship occurring during normal use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery
- Consumable and wearable parts, including blades, belts, filters, spark plugs, and batteries beyond their normal service life
- Damage caused by using incorrect fuel, oil, or chargers
- Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise stated
